Coaching Plan Options
Though Instructional Coaching has been a part of District 207 since 2008, the Coaching Plan replaced the Professional Development Plan (PDP) in 2014 requiring all teachers to participate in coaching. The Coaching Plan process was designed to support teacher professional development providing teachers with an opportunity to investigate their practice, implement research-based strategies and receive feedback.
Four Coaching Plan options are available for this school year. Teachers may choose any option but are expected to participate in an individual coaching plan at least once during each two year evaluation cycle.
